Job Summary:

The Google Ads Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on Google Ads to achieve client objectives. This role involves developing strategies, analyzing performance data, and making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI. The Google Ads Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to ensure ad campaigns align with broader marketing goals and deliver measurable results.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Google Ads Campaign Management:
    • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for various clients and products.
    • Conduct keyword research and select appropriate keywords to target high-value audiences.
    • Develop ad copy and creative that drive engagement and conversions.
    • Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting settings to optimize ad performance.

  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics.
    • Generate reports to measure key performance indicators (KPIs), including CTR, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
    • Identify trends and insights to inform ongoing campaign optimization.

  • Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop paid search strategies that align with business goals.
    • Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and evolving trends in the PPC landscape.
    • Explore new opportunities for growth through A/B testing, retargeting, and audience segmentation.

  • Budget Management:
    • Effectively manage PPC budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI).
    • Adjust daily and monthly spend according to campaign performance and client goals.

  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends:
    • Keep up with the latest Google Ads features, updates, and best practices.
    • Implement new tools and features to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
    • Analyze competitor advertising strategies and adjust campaigns to stay competitive.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong track record of success.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to optimize campaigns and drive performance.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills for creating effective ad copy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Google Ads certification.
  • Experience with other paid search platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
